I ordered Best Amino w/Energy and the Protein Bars. The order went through over a week ago and yet they have not been shipped yet. I contacted customer service 3 days ago and still no one has got back to me. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Will definitely not be using BPI again.

Shipping was on point. Package came nice and everything was sealed and presented well.

I ordered with BPI and received the products relatively quickly. So far they seem to do as described and I look forward to the results.

Ordered over a week ago and process still says "getting ready for fulfillment" but my card was charged right away and still no update. Terrible to not even get a couple items ready/processed. If the item is out of stock then that should be posted as well.

I've always purchased BPI products through another party (website) but when I saw the specials they were running from home it was too good to pass up. Ordered on Sunday-arrived on Friday. Can't forget to mention that their products are flawless, be it flavor or effect. Buy them. Do it! Do it now!

I ordered from BPI on Sept 4th, their web site showed on sept. 11 that my order was still being processed. Sent two emails, one 9/11, that one was promptly answered the next business day. My order arrived on 9/12. My only complaint and reason for not giving five stars is their tracking system online seems to not be working. Otherwise, great service!!

I placed an order on September 4th. It is now September 11th and I check on order status and my items have still not shipped at all.

Very happy with the product. I thought I was going to get an email with the tracking info, I didn't, but then I saw that the order had arrived the next morning after I had sent customer service an email. Placed the order on the 2nd and got it on the 10th. Thank you very much. Looking forward to placing more orders with you guys.
