They were out of The bcaas I've been using, they offered a discount without me asking and I received my purchase 2 days after purchasing once restocked. Fair treatment and fast responses from the company. I'll continue using their products

For almost a year I've been using BPI protein powder. I haven't found another brand that mixes as well with just water. It doesn't upset my stomach and it is superior in taste.

I love the products can't bash that. Now customer service is another story. I ordered something on July 21, 10 days later still no product. I reach out to customer service and it takes at least 4 days for them to get back to me. That's ridiculous. Bottom line I've still only gotten half my order almost a month later.

Hi Carrie, As we mentioned in the direct communication with you, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our shipping partner USPS delivered the package but was either delivered to wrong home or stolen. We immediately opened up a case to investigate the situation once we were informed by you. We are sending you a full replacement order and will be hopefully trying to resolve the lost package situation with USPS. Thanks for Supporting BPI Sports.
Sent me the wrong products and over a week later I am still chasing the company to receive my correct products
