I’ve been taking supplements for years and they’ve all delivered same results..it wasn’t until I went to a demo here in Zanesville Ohio and met a rep of yours named Justin Smith,unlike other sales reps this guy knew his stuff.Justin broke it down and explained what the benefits were to each product..Thanks to Justin and your guys products I’m feeling better than ever and hitting new records not to mention the flavors are the best I’ve tasted in over 6 years. Thanks for the great products and knowledgeable staff to get me on the right track

BPI Sports consistently provides high quality products and service to their customers. I highly recommend them.

I spent a considerable amount of money on an advertised stack of products and received an incorrect product. This usually wouldn't be a problem IF a company has a competent or informed customer service department. However, after speaking to multiple members of the company, both online and on the phone, sending pictures of the incorrect product that was shipped, even after two weeks of waiting, I am still in the dark as to how my order will be resolved. The customer service seems to be outsourced to an outside organization that is not invested in the sports supplements industry. I had intended to start a supplementation regimen for a training program and am now delayed in doing so by over three weeks. After repeated dealings with BPI, I have no faith that my correct order will be fulfilled, and paid for an item that I still have not received. This is the worst customer service experience that I have had in memorable history.

They sent me the wrong protein powder and 2 weeks later I still haven't received the correct protein powder. I've already finished the 1 tub of protein powder that came in the mail. They told me to not use the 2nd tub (incorrect flavor) they sent me because they want it back. At this point I'm over waiting for the correct protein and have already bought a different brand of protein since this company couldn't correct the issue in adequate time. I have not received any updates on the correction since I called over 2 weeks ago. I used to love BPI but no longer.
