Service Review While their service is generally excellent, several drawbacks and challenges are worth noting. Recently, I've encountered significant delays, including: Response Times: Delays in communication, with responses taking longer than usual. Package Crediting: There have been unusually long delays in crediting packages to my account, sometimes taking 3 to 5 business hours. Weekend deliveries often experience even longer delays, with searches carried over to the next business day. Tracking Issues: Each time a package arrives, I need to contact them via WhatsApp and send a photo of the shipment tracking number, which adds to the hassle. Other Negatives: Photo Provision: While they provide photos of shipment tracking numbers, no images of the recipient's package itself are available. This is somewhat helpful but incomplete. Limited Shipping Options: Only FedEx is available as a shipping company, offering no alternatives. Cost Accuracy: Shipping costs often lack accuracy, with noticeable discrepancies in pricing. Despite these issues, the service has notable strengths, but addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience. I will look for an alternative that meets my needs until their services improve, and I truly hope they will.
