The service at Boutique Luxury is unmatched and the quality of their bags and watches are equal to (and in some cases like Chanel, BETTER than) the in-store bags! I have a few bags and 2 watches and the quality is the same as when I bought them! Also, the customer service is excellent. Emails answered quickly and at length, they send detailed photos of everything and follow up on all sales until you get the order! Will never buy luxury from anywhere else!

I’m a loyal Boutique Luxury customer! Why? Value, impeccable quality products and GREAT customer service. I love Sofia, she’s so personable and a great person to work with. As others have said in these reviews, she’s prompt, thorough and sends pictures and videos before you buy BL’s products. I’ve purchased handbags and accessories and the products never disappoint. You will not be disappointed either. I hope BL stays around for a very long time. Thank you Sofia and BL! Look forward to shopping with you soon!

I gave this company 5 stars. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Sofia is extremely friendly and accommodating! She responds to emails and inquiries promptly. If you’re looking for a specific product and you don’t see it on the catalog, Sofia will find it for you and ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. BL also sends pictures of the product for you to look over before your purchase if you’re unsure of the product. The quality of the bags are really great and on point, the presentation of the bag when it’s sent is impeccable! It comes with the box, dust bag, gift bag, and paperwork. No smells, just lovely. I’m sold, I plan to continue purchasing my luxury on a budget products from Boutique Luxury!

At first I was pessimistic about Boutique Luxury. Was looking for Prada Re Edition 2000. The handbag wasnt in the list of sales item. Chloe helped me to source for the said item from beginning till shipment. Admire her perseverance. After experiencing satisfactory client relationship with Chloe n then later Sophia, I will continue to purchase boutique inspired luxury brands from Boutique Luxury. I hope Chloe will continue to attend to me. She has been patient & responsive to my questions esp packaging of the box. My recent purchase was Dior Cannage. Thank you so much to both Chloe & Sophia. I am very happy with the consignment. The packaging & Dior box was all intact. Perfecto!

Their bags are mirror quality and reasonably priced compared to in store bags. Their customer service is top tier and they’re kind and quick to respond. I love purchasing and working with Boutique Luxury.

My first ever mirror or replica bag I bought was from Boutique Luxury. Sofia is the best. She respond to all my inquiries right away. She sent me pictures and videos of the bag I ordered and she asked my approval before shipping it. When I received it, it amazed me how beautiful it is. It looks like the real thing. It's a very nice quality and will definitely do business with them again!

My first time buying a clone/mirror bag online and the service was amazing! I was able to see photos of my bag with a person to understand the scale, and got close up videos showing the quality. Arrive impeccably packaged. Looking forward to my next purchase!
