Really good bag

The best everyday backpack I have used.

I preodered a backpack and waited the amount of time they stated. It showed up with a slight zipper malfunction. They let me return it and sent back a new backpack and it has been one of my favorite products I've ever purchased. Quality customer service and quality products for quality people!

The bag looks and feels great even after one and a half years. The material is very durable and only a few points are visible were you can see usage. Boundary’s customer service is also excellent. I would by the bag again. In fact both my sister bought the bag because they were so impressed by mine.

Great sustainable products, long lasting materials. Looks and feels great, fantastic customer service and communication. I’ve gone back and purchased another rucksack and several accessories. I’m more impressed with their effort to be more eco-Friendly and sustainable in their material choices and manufacturing processes, oh and their transparency in their processes.

Apart from the delayed delivery(COVID19 I assume), everything else was awesome from customer service to follow up and the product itself.

Awesome communication, very helpful when the customs authorities complicated things! The Backpack is flawless as expected and instantly became my go-to pack.
