The product is great and I’m enjoying it daily at the moment! The customer service was also great when I told them the keychain broke right away and they send me a great replacement! I can only recommend their products as the quality is really great!

The Prima System completely upgraded the way I travel, I wish I had purchased Boundary bags sooner! Organization has never been my forte but their products make it so easy that I actually get excited to pack now. With the hidden pockets and quality of material I never once had to worry about things being stolen or broken (I packed my backpack to the max). I got it within only a few days ordering, but would have happily waited to receive their stuff knowing what I know now.

My husband absolutely loves his backpack, however a real review can only be given about 5 years later. We just replaced his old backpack that he’d had for 15 plus years, So competition is fierce. The warranty on these packs are great, so we have high hopes!

Great quality stuff. The one thing that didn't work was replaced with very little effort on my end. Tyler was responsive and worked hard to make me happy.

I haven't really been able to use the bag yet but it's a good looking bag. It seems like it was made well using high quality material.
