Easy to deal with and great experience overall

Sasha and Alex are an asset to the company. After their explaination of what was going to happen and why, they answered all my questions. They also had excellent follow-ups. I did however, have trouble w/the woman who explained the chart w/me. She wasn't very patient when my computer acted up and we had to go a different way to get to the chart .She needs to learn to be a little more patient with elderly customers.
