Good service

Took a while to figure out why the screen wasn't working properly, but eventually figured it out

sam was very helpful and fast great service,.

She manage to solve my issue with bottle zoo website and make my camera worked.

I needed help with a refund for a customer, I was able to get help right away even on a Memorial Day.

after using 3 weeks i noticed machine response not quick,it is slow after touch the screen to respond for open drawer or go to another screen , but to early to says anything more about that , i will update my review again after 2 mothns

So far our experience is improving… many SKUs did not transfer all information (additional UPCs) and categories. We are looking forward to the back office reporting to help make buying decisions.
