Awesome experience!
Ezra and his team did an awesome job. Communication was prompt and clear and there were so surprises in the costs. The work was also done impeccably and quickly.

GET IT DONE.
As a Realtor, I relied on PunchList to tackle the tougher jobs to fulfill the tougher items on my Home Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum lists. This has not been a "one and done" with PunchList but a continued relationship when properly coordinated, enhances my client to Realtor experience to a near flawless transition between our side and the Buyers side simply "Getting It Done!!!". Id recommend taking your Home Inspection list or a simple "Honey DO" list to PunchList to get it DONE!

Very sloppy work and I was completely…
Very sloppy work and I was completely surprised by the lack of quality. They don't repair issues, they cover them up (e.g. painting over vs. fixing the underlying wood issue). When I addressed concerns with the customer success manager verbally and in email, my concerns were completely avoided and overlooked. A vague email was sent back skirting the issues. I was truly surprised that they could sleep at night. This was the DC unit.

Professionalism at its finest - Great Work
I just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to you and the professional that was working in my unit. I have renovated 9 units in that building and have probably dealt with 20 different contractors along the way. You were by far the most professional and responsive person I have ever worked with and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I unfortunately did not get your colleagues name, but he was just as impressive. That man was so nice and knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the work he was performing and ensuring the client was satisfied with the work. I cannot tell you how refreshing this experience with the two of you was!!
