Very good customer service, very responsive. Follow up was very good to assist me to guide my clients through the process of navigating repairs. Buyers after closing and sellers before closing have utilized Punch List. The team working with us getting estimates and are always very professional. Once engaged to do the repairs, they have shown up when promised. I am a REALTOR; both myself and my clients have used Punch List and are pleased with the results.

FANTASTIC JOB! I called Punchlist when the original person would not return phone calls after accepting the job. We were in a bind and needed the job done ASAP. Punchlist came through. Their systems are great. Perfect communications and great wood working talent. The gent who came out to do the job saw issues he needed to fix and came up with creative solutions. The first time he showed up was in the afternoon and with Daylight savings time ran out of light. When it got dark Ken said he would come back and finish the work on Tuesday and told me he would fix a few things for me to make the job perfect. Both times he arrived on time and did the job perfectly. He cleaned up the job site and added a few things to insure the painters would finish the job to his satisfaction.

Great service referral I received from my home inspector. I was able to complete the items identified in a timely while also added on a few additional items on the date of service. Great job!
