I thought using Punchlist would be a better choice than lining up all the resources to do my inspection fixes. Hired them in June and still not done! It has been an AWFUL, AWFUL experience. Changed project managers 3 times, have yet to finish all repairs and ones they said were completed either weren't done or done incorrectly. DO NOT USE THEM until they fix the known issues in Charlotte!!!

Punch list was fast and easy to work with to schedule the work to be done. The estimate was delivered quickly and was accurate. Our technician, David Baxley, was professional, thorough, and fixed everything in a timely manner. Going through closings on our current home and future home is stressful and having David manage small repairs identified through our inspection was such a huge help. Thanks!

Our experience with PunchList is excellent. From the moment we received our property inspection report from Pillar to Post (also an excellent company), to the well timed and detailed cost estimate of repairs from PunchList, we have simply been pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company and their service. We trusted PunchList to get the work done in a timely manner - and they delivered. They went out of their way to ensure everything in the home was back in place and functioning. We plan to acquire their services again!

I really liked that they took the info straight from the inspection and broke down what they estimated each thing would cost.
