I understand that your FedEx return labels are not set up for returns outside the U.S., but I do not believe it is reasonable for me to be responsible for a $140 return shipping cost because of a limitation with your shipping system. I am willing to return the product and complete the required return form, but I expect the company to provide a reasonable solution for the return shipping cost. If you are unable to provide a prepaid return label for Canada, please arrange an alternative shipping method or confirm that the full return shipping cost will be reimbursed once I provide the receipt and tracking information. I should not have to absorb a significant shipping expense due to a return process limitation on your end. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this before I ship the product back. Thank you,

Very well ran company! Beautifully crafted wallet, very fast shipping and a solid value in the leather goods space! Will be a lifetime customer

I love the leather and the design of my Bosca ladies wallet. The problem is that it is so small and so tight - I was assured it will stretch some with time. Now it's 9 months later and I need pliers to try to pull out a plastic cc or id and forget paper! Also, the snap won't stay snapped and I would never put money in it because it doesn't stay closed. I would never purchase again unless you don't mind carrying pliers with you and no cash!

I have owned Bosca leather goods for more than four decades and have always appreciated their quality, durability, and classic styling. This wallet has the kind of quiet confidence I like- it makes a statement without needing to call attention to itself. A very good everyday wallet from a brand I continue to trust. A special thank you to Debbie, who helped me narrow my search and find the perfect wallet.

I hate to do this to Bosca cause I know they need to make money but if you buy a wallet from them, it will probably be the only wallet you buy for life. I have owned my leather wallet since 1999. It has the most gorgeous patina and just feels part of me.I still have puppy nibble marks from our first dog which is awesome. The freakin thing still smells newish! I would give 100 stars if I could. this is the most subtle -non thinking - just keeps chugging purchase of my life…Sorry Bosca-your stuff is too good! Brad

Like many men, we search for the best wallet. I have a few.... My favorite are the larger bifold/check book style wallets. I bought the Old Leather Italia Coat Pocket Wallet. I like a thin wallet, but I like the ability to carry a lot of cash. This wallet is perfect for me! I have only had it a few weeks, but it's well made in Italy (Italian Made) and quite attractive. For me, worth every penny!

I purchased a briefcase and wallet from Bosca. I found another one I liked better. I kept the wallet. I never took the briefcase outside, removed any of the tags, or used the briefcase in ANY way. I returned the briefcase, and received an e-mail saying that I had used the briefcase and they are not accepting the return. This is an absolute lie. *edit* That bag was NEVER used. None of the wrapping was removed and I barely removed it from the bag. I found another bag I liked better and returned it. Your customer service is AWFUL and you don't need to be patronizing. There are other reviewers who have said the said thing about attempting to return an item. You are dishonest and rude. Your awful reviews speak for themself.

Purchased a portfolio for my wife in 2021 from a Bosca store. The outside is elegant and has started to wear as Italian leather should. The inside liner has started to crumble and fall apart in small bits. I emailed Mariah from the Warr. dept.. She requested photos. They show no damage and the portfolio had the BOSCA tag inside. She said that this portfolio has not been produced in 20 years and I believe that there is a problem with the portfolio's since they are made with a different product now. The store I purchased it from might have had it for as she stated for "many many many years". She offered a 35% discount. The problem I have is that only a Bosca dealer/store can sell their products. This was purchased from a Bosca dealer as the other 14 or 15 Bosca products our family has purchased, ( we are a Bosa family). My question is - If they won't warranty a genuine product because of the time it may or may not have spent on their dealers shelf, they should have a buy-back return to factory mandatory program for their dealers / stores. Their products are usually 2 - 3 times higher than other similar products or knock offs but they had a 3 generation family backed name and always been quality leathers. We are very disappointed in a company we have loved for many years. Time to change to a brand that values its customers and we can have faith in.
