I have tried to get in contact with this company after an order I put in more than 6 weeks ago has not arrived. Do not trust this company with your money

Angry and dissatisfied - I bought two long sleeve tshirt from Bornmay and was unhappy with the quality. I sent an email to their support services and wanted to return the product for a refund as the shirts did not meet my expectations. I received an email stating that my dissatisfaction was not a reason to return the product. I then inquired about their return policy and I have not received a rssponse. So their website statement "our satisfaction guarantee - if you are not 100 % satisfied we'lll make it right" is clearly untrue

I had a wonderful experience and would purchase from them again in the future. Customer service is excellent.

Best designs that most would not dare to print, and for someone like me, who doesn't have many filters, and says what he means, it's perfect!
