Got off to a rocky start. Was not able to get my rental property set up easily. I turned to customer support and recieved helpfull information quickly. Turns out the problem was me; as usual! I few email exchanges and the program is working well. Still early in it its use but so far looks like it should work well for my Short Term Accomdation property.
