My experience with Boost Infinite was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had with a cell phone company. I was initially pretty enthusiastic about everything they offer only to be so let down by not only their complete lack of customer service but also I feel blatantly lied to and manipulated and to top it all of they actually have the nerve to try charging my account this morning for a monthly payment on a service I never even activated our agreed to. I really don't know if everyone there is ignorant and incompetent or if they are taught to lie and scam people and it's feels like both are probably true.

Pathetic network, Pathetic Service and extremely poor 5G service. I would rather use a pager phone or rather write letters instead of using this horrible horrible network.

I am have a huge issue with my service. I signed up for your service a little over a month ago to test it out. I was told that I could port my number in later if I decided to stay with your company( I asked this question to more than one agent and it is also in the notes for my account stating that it would not be an issue. I wanted to stay based on my experience, so much so that I told my co workers about the plan and the service you provided me with. Now here comes the issues. I called on the 14th of April to get my number ported in, this is my number of 1t lead 17 years. I was told that it can not be done. I asked why and was told that it is not something you offer any more. I then asked to speak to someone hire up because this is not what I was told. I never got a call back so I called in again and yet again I was told by the retention rep that I could do it only to be told again I can not. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I got a call from Leo. Leo was trying to get an answer and was told from back office that Again I could not make the number switch even though it was told to me on the phone and chat that it was not a problem . Leo said I should look to see if someone wanted to talk over my line and I just open a new one. I told him that I did not have anyone waiting to take a line from me and that the right answer was not to spend more money because your company changed the policy on porting in numbers. I asked him if I could return the phone due to this error on your companies part and I was told no that I would have to pay off the phone. This is the craziest thing to say to a customer that took your company at its word. Now I am stick trying to figure out what to do since I can not get my number and I was deceived from the start . I asked to speak to a manager and was told that non were working and that HQ would call me. This is not what I thought would happen, now pay you 70 and t mobile 70 for two lines because if I cancel my other line I lose my number that I need for my job and family…. Is this really the answer.

boost infiniti, must be going out of business because, they lied and moved the delivery date even after they had been paid .. now waiting to hear back from the escalation department.

Terrible service. Phone calls drop every call. Network internet connection is horrible. I changed services and would not recommend this service to anybody!!!

I am disappointed. I got approved for the Infinite Access for iPhone. Tried processing the order online and with a sales rep. Sales rep told me to BYOD my unlocked 14 Pro Max then immediately upgrade to the phone of my choice. Well I ported my number two weeks ago and I try every day both ways to process the order and have no luck. I’ve tried using several different cards. When I email escalations all they tell me is there’s nothing they can do. I am not a happy camper right now. I would’ve never ported over if I wasn’t told it was a guarantee to work. And now that I’m a customer they are no help! Hopefully someone sees this and can help me.

I started this service 6 days ago and I already hate it. My “free” phone is lost in the mail. Customer service is clueless and won’t answer any questions. They even ended the live chat when I “asked too many questions.” Isn’t that what customer service is supposed to do? Answer questions and resolve the issue. I’ve never had such rude customer service agents. Also, when talking to customer service on the phone they ask for your last 4 digits of your credit card number, expiration date, 3 number code instead of a conformation code or some other type of verification …. So sketchy!!!

How are you just gone take my money and send me a email stating my order didn’t go through but it say I was approved I called 2 different customer services and can’t nobody tell me nothing but wait until Monday what tf is going on we already getting off on the wrong foot
