Great service

I've had the $25 service plan for 5 months now. In my city, I was placed on the AT&T network. I decided to leave this review because honestly I couldn't be happier with the service provided so far. I think the reviews are a bit scathing, given the price. I've had other third party brands like Straight Talk, Visible by Verizon, and so far this is the best customer service I've ever had. The signal is reliable, it works seamlessly, and customer support is available not only in-app but by phone, which was not an option with the other two. Straight Talk routed all calls to India, which was a nightmare. They were very direct that the service is in Beta, meaning it's still new. Knowing that helped me. However if I didn't know that and had problems I might be annoyed if I had issues. I love that the future service will be a competitor to Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile - I'm sick of them all. The value per dollar is unbeatable with any other service.

Don't understand the negative reviews. My experience with BoostInfinite has been a major leap forward since AT&T. I suspect the majority of the alleged issues are on the consumer side. I have had far better service across the board including coverage area and speed and at a great price since February 2023. I gave them a 2 week test run with a new number and they passed with flying colors. Then I canceled that new account, signed up with a new one and ported my number from AT&T. It did take a few hours for AT&T to release the number though. We have never looked back.

Easy to sign up online. AT&T coverage is very good. Have not found a dead spot so far. Extra fees and taxes are only 86 cents for my neck of the woods. The plan itself is $25 per month and includes 30 gigs of high-speed data. Good customer service. Great value.
