BooposReviews of boopos.com

Juan and the team went above and beyond to close our acquisition right before the new year. They were super responsive and got our deal done on a tight schedule. We couldn't ask for better partners. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience for SaaS software business purchase. We had multiple changes that Boopos helped us figure out during the purchase process. They were very quickly responsive to all my questions and helped educate us on items we weren't really sure about during the process. The financing arrived on time and no issues with their ability to close on time. Will certainly use again in the future.

Amazing platform. Super easy process and a great team with excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend!

I am new to the ecommerce world and needed financing for my first acquisition in the sector, which is part of my larger online business. I went to my traditional financing sources but they were uncomfortable working in the ecommerce space, especially with a drop ship model. My deal was ready to fall apart until the business broker introduced me to the Boopos team. The application process was automated and easy. I had approval in less than 3 business days and we closed within 10 business days. The team walked me through everything, set expectations, which they met and were available for discussions quickly despite being half way across the world. The terms are also flexible as they do not require personal guarantees from the business owners and financed a significant portion of the purchase price. I would not have been able to start a new phase of my company without Boopos as a financing partner. The best part is when I integrate this business into my current one and begin to grow it, I can work with boopos on expansion acquisitions under the same model.

El mejor Revenue Based Finance. Se adapta a los ciclos de tesorería de la empresa, incluso si es a un año vista. Además, miran más allá del marketing y permiten financiar inventario. Todo 👌🏻

I highly recommend Boopos to everyone! I felt like they really cared about my business, current situation and process. They always prompt with emails and answering all my questions, knowledgeable about the market trends, laid out all of options, and approached each of our "bumps on the road" efficiently and from every angle. I would definitely work with them again.

I have had several interactions with Boopos regarding my business over the past. I can compliment this team as brilliant. They know the industry and I wouldn't trust any one other than this team. Their organization, and everyone in the team, are effective, professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. If you are new to the alternative financial services for your business, they will walk you through the process and answer any questions.\ I would definitely recommend Boopos other business owners as this team has not failed in any aspect. They deserve more than five stars.

Boopos is our partner for online acquisitions. We have done one deal with them and we are currently working on several others. The team follows a clear process and gives you a term sheet within two business days. Once the due diligence on your business is done from their side, you can expect funding within 7 days of the start of the engagement. I recommend them 100%.
