Hi Oluwakayode, Short, sweet and straight to the point. We love it! Thank you for taking a moment to share this. We're really glad BookyAI has been an awesome experience for you. If you ever need anything along the way, our team is always happy to help. Happy writing!
I love my first experience with BookyAI. I had never published a book on Amazon let alone dream of writing a professional book that I myself loved reading it repeated because of the valuable information I got from its content. In fact, my book was accepted and published within the 72 hours and hey, am already in business. BookyAI is the tool to use if you want serious book stuff. Thank you, Mshai.

Hi Mshai, Congratulations on your first published book! Going from never having published on Amazon to having your book accepted and live within 72 hours is a big achievement, and you should be proud of it. What we love most in your review is that you enjoy reading your own book again and again because of the value in it. That's the best sign of a book worth publishing, and your readers will feel the same. Thank you for trusting BookyAI with your first book. We can't wait to see what you write next, and if you ever need help along the way, our team is always here for you. Wishing you lots of success with your new business!
The customer support is amazing - truly! Never had such quick response from a company and, being a complete novice, enjoying writing my first book with them.

Hi Pheasey, Thank you so much for these kind words! Our support team works hard to answer quickly, and it's great to know it made a difference for you. It's especially good to hear you're enjoying writing your first book. Starting out as a complete novice is exactly who we built BookyAI for, and there's something special about that first book. If you ever get stuck or have questions along the way, we're always just a message away. Happy writing, and congratulations on your first book!
As a best selling published writer I was impressed by BookyAi's offerings as I have had first class service at all times and as I am releasing a physical product with an app soon BookyAi enabled me to produce a relevant book for bundling to lifetime users very quickly to a high standard as expected. I have been developing a physical product to assist others like me with severe breathing difficulties and I wanted to craft a comprehensive book on the matter using up to date publishing guidance to assemble many years of research and experience in the subject. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Hi Philip, Thank you so much for this review. Hearing it from a best selling author means a lot to our whole team. What you're building sounds truly meaningful. Turning years of research and personal experience with severe breathing difficulties into a book that helps others is exactly the kind of project we hoped BookyAI would support. Bundling it with a physical product and an app for your lifetime users is a smart idea, and we're glad we could help you get there quickly without lowering your standards. We're also happy to hear our support has been first class every time. That's what we aim for with every customer. We wish you every success with the launch. Please keep us posted, we'd love to hear how it goes.
Still waiting for my refund . In reply to your never finding my request I emailed you and your agents reply was FOR ME TO CHANGE MY POST REVIEW OF YOUR COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND. What a COWARDLY MISTAKE THAT WAS!

Thank you for getting back to us, and I'm sorry our message came across that way. That was never our intention, and I want to be completely clear: your refund never depended on your review, and it never will. Here is what happened. Your original refund request never reached our support system, which is why you were left waiting and understandably frustrated. As soon as we saw your review, we contacted you by email to sort it out. Our team hoped you might update your review once the problem was solved, but it was only a request, never a condition, and we should have worded it much better. We have now found your purchase and processed your full refund today. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you have any question about it, simply reply to our email and I'll personally make sure it's handled.
The App is just great but i do use it in conjunction with another one to get what BookyAI can't do for me

Thank you, John. Glad the app earns its place in your workflow. We would genuinely like to know what the other tool does that BookyAI does not yet: write to us or post it in the roadmap board (https://members.bookyai.net/board), because most of what we ship starts exactly that way, with an author telling us what is still missing. Happy writing!
I was really excited about using bookyai to start on my book writing but unfortunately it doesn't work with linx mint. But Alexander was wonderful and got me a refund immediately when I talked to him and figured out why I couldn't use it. But if I do get a macos or windows operating system I will try bookyai again! I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction

Thank you, Kim. Five stars for a product you could not even run says a great deal about you, and we are glad Alexander made the refund quick and painless. You are right: BookyAI runs on Windows and macOS today, and Linux is not supported yet. We have noted your request, since you are not the first Linux user to ask. If you ever end up on Windows or macOS, we would be happy to have you back. Good luck with the book in the meantime.
I have invested in half a dozen different ebook-create programs and have narrowed that collection down to BookyAI as the winning set of tools. For me, BookAI is a dream program, particularly for creating lengthy fiction books. I'm ecstatic to have found BookAI as being the very best out there, at least for me.

Thank you, Darryl. Coming from someone who has tried half a dozen tools before settling on one, "the dream program" is about the best compliment we could get. Long fiction is where continuity, characters and story threads matter most, and it is great to hear BookyAI holds up there for you. Enjoy the writing, and tell us when the next book is done.
