BWP does not release information that belongs to me and under an agreement. Withholding created information in my name is not a requirement, it is by law that you acted on my name. Not Releasing the information and materials that belong to me is unprofessional and reflects uncompleted work.

As a first time author I really had no idea what to do to publish my book. I researched many companies but after speaking with Zach at Bookwave Publishing I felt like I found family. My project manager Alister Reed has been absolutely amazing! He is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I am confident that due to his expertise my book series will be a success! I would definitely recommend Bookwave to anyone looking to get their story to the right audience! They handle every little detail, publishing, marketing, social media, website design and coordination of sales over multiple platforms. Super Satisfied 😊

I signed up with Bookwave in August. The project manager, Alister, after he received the completed manuscript SAT ON IT, for weeks, which made my book miss its promised launch date. It was supposed to be released on my birthday. His negligence, and constant trying to force other packages down my throat, looking to make more money has left the worst taste in my mouth towards the company. They begged me to give them 48 hours to make it right, 5 days later, it still wasn’t right, still not available online, and not a single person had read the manuscript. Guess what? They also promised me a complete refund, no questions asked. I’m still waiting a month later. Please find another company. I also didn’t mention how Alister repeatedly tried to tell me I owed twice as much on the book balance as I did too. He was also trying to sell me a 10,000 marketing package, which being a first time author, you don’t need, they were attempting to further fleece me. I won’t even bother going into detail about how he and the owner of the company pressed me to buy a 3500 podcast spot too. They literally grilled me about my finances, asking me where my money was. This has been a total nightmare, and a ruined dream.

It was a great experience working with Wave publishing. Specially more so, working with Bruce, Zac,Izac and the team. They help me believe in my self. They made me feel like we are a group of friends. They understood my vision. They guided me and most of all they stood by me. Even if the book goes far or not I'm glad I accidentally bump with them. Thanks guys!!!
