I would like to clarify a section in the response from BPH - and I repeat it here; "That said, we would like to respectfully clarify that, according to our records, the services outlined in our agreement were completed and delivered within the agreed timeline on our end" The question I ask - is how can they make the above statement If an agreed date was the 14th July 25, and we are now in January 26?? - I have the emails! There's more, but I'll leave it there for now.

This was not the professional, transparent publishing support I expected. I hope they improve their processes, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
