Massive scam, report them immediately

This company is a scam and has committed fraud in my case! I am posting the following to illustrate my point. This company took $14.99 from my account for some kind of membership. They refuse to refund my money. I thought I was ordering a Canadian Tire cart. It is a SCAM and FRAUD. This company has stolen money from my account

SCAM I signed up for a £9.95 offer, ended up taking further £39.47 on top of that once they had my card details. Ended up with my card frozen, having to make numerous phone calls to the bank in an attempt to get my money back. Still waiting for refund.

Do not use this company as they are taking and collecting money for scammers. Totally untrustworthy

If i could give a minus i would total scammers false advertisements and offers. People beware bank informed if payment not knowingly autherised.

I thought I was buying from boots. Charged me £9.95 then asked for more so I stopped and didn't put in anymore details. No email from boots after and only bookplanet247 on my statement. 3 days later they took £39.47 . Both payments still pending on my bank account so cant report them as fraud until they go through. Im heartbroken 💔 thats money to feed my kids this week. I now have nothing.
