The first booking went smoothly. They sent me the file within a few hours. I'm still waiting for the visa application to see if it goes well. I have to reach out to them to change the departure date, since the original one didn't work out. Their live chat is slow to respond ( I waited for 45 min), but their email team was friendly and quite fast compare to the chat. I would recommend.
