Thank you for sharing your feedback. BookingBuddy.com is a U.S.-based company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You can find our business details in our Privacy Policy on our website. BookingBuddy is a travel search and price comparison site—we are not an online travel agency and we do not process bookings or payments. Our platform displays flight prices from various travel partners so users can compare options, and any reservations are completed directly with the travel provider you choose. If you believe you were charged improperly or may have been the victim of fraud, we recommend contacting the company you booked with as well as your credit card provider as soon as possible. Your bank or card statement should show the name of the company that processed the charge. If you’re able to share the name of the company you booked with, please feel free to let us know. We take reports like this seriously and want to ensure that any problematic providers are not featured on our site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. BookingBuddy is not a travel booking site. We provide travel recommendations, but all bookings are made directly through third-party companies and not with BookingBuddy. I recommend looking at your bank statement to find the merchant you booked with and reach out directly to them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, BookingBuddy is not a travel booking site. We provide travel recommendations, but all bookings are made directly through third-party companies. I recommend reviewing your bank statement to identify the specific merchant you booked your vacation with, and reaching out to them directly to share your concerns. If you’re able to let us know the name of the company you booked with, we’d greatly appreciate it. This will help us ensure we’re not affiliated with them going forward.
