Everyone who I worked with were extremely friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my experience with them. They did a beautiful and amazing job with my book and made this pleasant for me. I definitely recommend and can't wait to publish with them again! :)

They guided me through the process for publishing a book. I have never done that before and they were very patient and put out a great product. Talked me off of the ledge more than once.

Soma, thank you for taking the time to review our services!
Overall I am happy with Bookfuel. However there were sentence breaks when the book went to print and I even found question marks in the middle of words, not just a sentence but words. When I checked the copy they gave me those errors were not there. That was heartbreaking and disappointing. Otherwise, it was good for the price.

Crys, we're sorry to hear about the errors. We strive to provide revision rounds and review opportunities at each stage of the process. We'll have your account manager get in touch with you to discuss these issues. If the problem wasn't in the file we sent you, there may be an issue with the printer, we will follow up with that as well. Thank you for your feedback and patience.
