Book BountyReviews of book-bounty.com

I was very hopeful about Bookbounty, but they are very bad for getting VERIFIED reviews on Kindle. They don't do enough when your reviews shows up as (non-verified). They give you some credit back but the TIME and BOUNTY POINTS spent on getting a NON-Verified vs Verified review is the loss. The measly credit received is not enough for submitting any additional review request. If a person requests a Verified review and receives a (Non-Verified) one, they should have the option to have the Non-Verified review removed and get their full bounty points credited to their account. It's really a waste of time and money if you are in need of verified reviews. When I pushed back on their processes, they really didn't care nor accepted accountability for holding the readers accountable or crediting the full amount wasted on a Non-Verified review.

be careful if you want a full year membership! your reviews drop enormously than a monthly basis, the algorithm takes you for granted

BookBounty has both helped me to get honest book reviews and has given me the greatest reading experiences and plenty of practice writing reviews. They are consistently helpful, kind, and patient. I have reviewed hundreds of books and enjoy almost all of them! -Eric Engle

This used to be a good and reliable service to use. However despite proving to the people running book bounty that people are just leaving re-hashed reviews of other people or the description and no pages read (provable on kindle) they’re not interested in taking any action. Twice I’ve spoken to the admin team about the same reviewer who will not read your book and then call it out for either being AI generated or even to repetitive. Yet book bounty just takes no action. Avoid at all costs.

I guess I should not have believed all those YouTube gurus that Book Bounty was a good place to get reviews for your published books on Amazon. NOT! Well, thanks for the experience of finding out it sure ain't what they claim it is. Slow to get reviews, slow to give reviews, Amazon does not show ALL reviews that someone chooses your book and leaves. It can take up to 8 days for a review to be published, and that is forever when you are trying to gather steam on Amazon. It is a slow crawl! And, the fact that your reading is being timed from Amazon on the downloads of the books you do get, shows me that it is way too much control. You must spend money on Ads on Amazon to make money at first, anyway. So for me, it's been a lose/lose situation all around. And, I have given it a good 4 months and this is not a knee jerk reaction. Don't let anyone tell you that Book Bounty is the way to go, and you will do well with them. Maybe 2 years down the line! Perhaps by then you may have accumulated 15 reviews. Whippie!

was told to use BB. Tried it but gosh...whole system depends on amazon...waiting weeks for confirmation so ended up losing bounties. TOOOO slow

Bounties get picked up, but infrequently get fulfilled. Moreover reviewers give 4-star reviews far too often despite expressing NO ISSUES with the book. I have to pay $25 a month for the privilege of receiving a handful of sub-par reviews every month. I'd be better off giving out free books to my friends and asking for real reviews. At this point I’d pay $25 to have the reviews taken down.

Book Bounty is the only source I will use for getting genuine, Amazon KDP compliant reviews on my books. Their layout is super user friendly. The go above and beyond to make sure that every aspect is considered and simple. Also, their customer service is probably one of the best experiences I've had with an online membership. They respond really fast, in a matter of hours if not sooner, and resolve any issues I may have, which hasn't been many and was a misunderstanding on my part anyway. Very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
