Happy with the teddy bear and the quality I recommend buying

I placed an order priced at $217 for my 8 year old daughter for Valentine’s Day and they completely dropped the ball . I needed the order for the 14th and they delivered today which is the 5th of February 2026. Before placing the order I called and confirmed that the order would be delivered for that day . I was told “ yes “ so I placed the order online January 30th . I even emailed after the purchase to reconfirm what was discussed on the phone . I received an email today saying my order was out for delivery . A whole nine days before Valentine Day. I reached out to customer service to see why my order would be delivered today when I clearly discussed this with you before and after placing an order. They gave me the run around via email about “ having to reach out to the warehouse “ . They clearly just want your money and could care less about customer service all together . I drive trucks so I’m out of state mostly . If this was something you couldn’t accommodate then that should’ve been communicated. I’m extremely disappointed and I hope this doesn’t happen to the next person who decides to patronize this business. Be honest and transparent that alone goes a long way .

I was very happy with my purchase. The flowers were beautiful. They were perfect for my photoshoot.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Boo Bear Factory. The customer service was poor from start to finish—unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to get updates on my order. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived three days after the promised date, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering on time. The flowers were the biggest letdown. They arrived wilted, brown, and clearly old, looking nothing like what was advertised. The quality was extremely poor and honestly embarrassing to give as a gift. For the price and the expectations set by their branding, this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend Boo Bear Factory to anyone looking for reliable delivery, decent customer service, or quality products.
