I've had items shipped through BongoUS a number of times and the service is always fast and reliable. I like that they post a photo of the item once it's been received by their warehouse because it gives me peace of mind that the item I'm about to pay shipping for is indeed the item I ordered. It's my first time shipping from the US and you just blew my mind with number of storage days. I had been wondering and wandering on services that put money first, disregarding international shoppers from lower economies until I accidentally found Bongo International. Just thank you. Keep up the good work!

My order was delivered safe, in time and under conditions we agreed. I did not request any additional services (e.g. additional pack, check of sellers goods etc), so I paid only delivery costs (aprx same how it had been calculated at the moment of coming to site) and custom duties. The only thing was a little problematic that to my location (Val Gardena, Italy ) delivery requests additional payments, so I delivered item to my friends to Munich and it did not cost any additional money to me.

I use Bongo for several years and am very satisfied.

Excellent concept. Shipping costs a little high but quality of service is so high that it doesn't matter. The delivery was really quick through fedex too!

Concerned initially as there was a computer glitch that would not allow me to expedite shipping. However sorted out very promptly,with very helpful staff. Thank you
