I bought something from them 4 years ago - and they won't stop bothering me for a review - so here it is.

Hope you never need service-the player worked 2 times than stopped working. The rma was given quickly-took many calls to get the rma-thantook over 2 months to get it back-many phone calls-and many promises to ship back but was told many lies when it would be repaired and returned when they finally exchanged the player. This was bought to take on family vacation -but didn't make it in time. I bought an extended warranty and was told it was no longer valid as they exchanged players-?????? I would never ever buy from these folks re my service experience!!👎

"Thank you for your recent purchase from [us]. To improve the satisfaction of our customers, we have partnered with the online review community, Trustpilot, to collect reviews." I certainly have no "recent purchase" from this company. If my memory serves me, I think I purchased two pieces from them perhaps ten years ago. That puts this request in the category of SPAM and speaks very poorly of the company's ability to deal correctly with its customers.

Ordered 10 and only 6 came

Even after giving me written confirmation that the item bought was new brand new, the item received was an opened box. Further, the item did not worked. Very disappointed.

I tried to order something online and it went through fine, my payment went through and I received a verification receipt through email. The next day, I receive an email for a refund for the item that I had ordered, submitted by Bombay Electronics, and in the section where comments could have been added from them explaining why, nothing was written. So yes, my money was refunded, but I was more interested in getting the item, and am upset that they didn't even bother to spend the time to let me know why it was refunded. That's just bad business.

We ordered thirteen Panasonic DMP-BDT260 Blu-ray disc players. Bombay Electronics shipped thirteen Panasonic BDT-270PS Blu-ray disc players without checking with me first to ask if the product substitution was acceptable. This is one of the most annoying business practices ever - it promotes an atmosphere of trickery and mistrust. Companies that engage in this practice will not receive repeat business from me.

I paid for a region free Blu-Ray player and it's not playing my UK movies. I spent an hour doing the steps over and over. And still won't play the region B movies.
