Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you had trouble with the installation. With over 500 successful downloads, this is the first report we've had of this particular issue, so we’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into it with you. We noticed you’re using the free version — and while we offer that to be as accessible as possible, we still want to make sure everyone has a good experience. If something didn’t work as expected, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help resolve issues quickly. We put a lot of care into building tools that genuinely help people, and we’d love the chance to turn this around for you.
