We just received our chocolate mold and It is beyond perfect for the product that we will be producing! More than that, they shipped a second one out when our first one was lost in the mail at no additional charge. Great customer service! I highly recommend using this company!

Bold Maker has been very helpful and got my deliveries in a timely manner. Loren was so helpful and made my experience a pleasure. They have my business for a life time. Thank you so much

BoldMaker makes top of the line molds for any application for any industry. Our gummies have never been better after using these molds.

This is how I remember companies working 30 years ago. And that is a HUGE compliment! Bold Moldmakers is great on the following levels: 1. Reasonable pricing. The prices quoted are competitive and in line with what you’d expect for the amount of work being done. 2. Proper attentiveness. They reach out to you, but don’t harass you. 3. Organized. The roadmap that is provided for the process is very clear and leaves no room for uncertainty 4. Human. You’d think that with this type of spot on regimen you’d be talking to pushy people ushering you through the steps, but you’d be wrong. When I talk to this company it’s like talking to the most focussed coolest friend you have.(applause). More on my rep. Later 5. Intelligent. With just a short conversation I had a 3d dynamic rendering of exactly what I wanted in a few days. This is Very rare! 6. Teamwork. You get the feeling that everyone knows what’s going on and the timeline it needs to follow. Once again rare! 7. Loren. My customer rep. Is Loren and had it been someone else, I might not be leaving this review. She has an effortless way of being professional and efficient. She makes it so easy you wonder why the whole world isn’t doing things like she does. I felt like I had a very elite team working for me right away, the kind of team only Elon Musk could afford to have. Bravo!! Loren, you need to become a consultant in some capacity. I’m very impressed.

Boldmaker has become our go to source for all of our mold needs. The company has consistently met and exceeded our expectations in regards to the quality of the finished molds, as well as the customer service we received designing our custom molds. They were patient and knowledgeable about what could and couldn't be done through multiple revisions until we got a mold that delighted us and now our customers. Boldmaker has earned our trust and respect!

As a startup caramel company, here at Carrol's Caramels Corp, we don't have a massive budget with unlimited funds or the time to send an email and wait patiently for the person to get back from their days off to reply. Brian at Bold Maker and Bold Maker as a company are responsive, respectful, cost-effective, and most certainly go beyond normal work hours to get you an answer when you need it! Not anytime or sometime, but right now... my time! When it comes to commercial mold performance and quality, Bold Maker molds are everything they say! When pouring our caramel and filling the cavities, the molds are just the right amount of flex and stiffness to allow the pressure needed to fill and form our products fully. Demolding is a breeze as our caramels release easily, often even falling right out, but leaving a whole batch well organized makes the wrapping process quick and efficient. Cleaning their molds is as simple as placing them in the dishwasher and then letting them dry. When it comes to customer service, you always feel like you are their number one priority, like you are their only customer. And as a start-up confections company, you can't find better customer service than that! Make the stress-free decision today, and buy Bold Maker Molds. You will not be disappointed! This review is unpaid and wholly voluntary... and is my personal experience since April 2023. M.Carrol

I am impressed by the quality of the molds I purchased. They are extremely durable, easy to use, and easy to clean. My sales rep, Loren, made this process extremely easy. She made sure I was purchasing the molds that were best fit for my operation and she was very knowledgeable. I look forward to purchasing more in the future.

These guys are LEGIT. My first time ordering molds, I placed a large order, I was still in the learning process of candy making… Jordan, my rep was and still is incredible. His expertise and knowledge goes way beyond providing the highest quality molds on the market. I had a 100 questions and he patiently, happily helped walk me through every step of the way. I’m placing another large order and I won’t use any other company again… PS: ask for Jordan to be your guy if he’s available, you won’t regret it. Thanks Jordan, appreciate you, genuinely
