They have all arrived within two weeks of shipping, and the contact I’ve had with customer service has been quick, polite, and helpful. I will definitely remain a customer, and I can’t wait to get my next package!

I cannot get anyone to address my missing box. I have sent pictures of the billing/charges. All I was told was wait 48 hours and then I received a chat message about reading FAQ’s and thank you for subscribing. There is no customer service phone number and I am not sure the agents manning the chat line are really reading customer concerns instead of just replying with set responses. I cannot rate the product because I can’t get past the lack of customer service to get my box.

Shipping straight from Japan to the UK was a super fast 5 days only! Securely packaged, no problems there whatsoever. Contents in perfect condition with a lovely balanced selection of treats and something for everyone! You even get tea with each box, which I find unique and very well thought out.
