Hi Lynn- that was not automated. I took the time to respond to all of the people former ownership deceived. We took over the business and cleaned house. We also are victims. We are just trying to do the right thing for all affected and do our part.

We’re truly sorry for what you’ve gone through Jenn. Paying $55,000 and then spending months without clear answers, delivery, or reliable communication is an incredibly frustrating and stressful position to be in. Bob’s Containers is now under new ownership/management, and we recognize that there are customers who were left with unresolved projects from the prior ownership period. We cannot undo that experience, but we are trying to review these situations individually and help where we realistically can. Duke-We’re sorry. You trusted Bob’s Containers on behalf of your own client, and based on what you described, prior ownership put you in a bad position. The delays, missing upgraded fixtures, lack of clear answers, and silence around the requested price difference are all valid reasons to be upset. That is not the standard the current team is trying to build around. Bob’s Containers is now under new ownership/management. We cannot refund prior ownership issues, but if you send us the project details, we’ll review what happened and see whether there is a practical way to offer credit or support on a future project.

Totally unacceptable Aaron and we understand why you feel taken advantage of. Bob’s Containers is under new ownership/management now. We cannot refund deposits paid to prior ownership, but we are reviewing these old unresolved files directly. Many folks that have dealt with Bobs in the past, have had a very similar experience. We are offering them a credit of their initial deposit for up to 50% of a new build. Please contact us directly.
