I dealt with this BMW parts dealer for so many years but had a very bad experience with them recently after i received a part from them which had a missing part in it. It remained unresolved and frustrating after so many back and forth communications with them. Their customer support is not helpful at all. They did not try to resolve the problem and dragged the case for so long, I had to go and purchase the missing part myself to be able to install the part they sent me.!!

I hoped for a better experience, but so far, no such luck. I placed an order for front and rear brake wear sensors on June 2. The website led me to believe that most orders ship within 1–4 days. The next day, I received an email requiring me to "confirm" my already-confirmed order. Once I did that, I was told the parts would be received by the dealership by June 12. June 12 came and went. Nothing. Then, on June 16, I received another email with the great news that my parts had been ordered and were expected to arrive at the dealership by June 19. June 19 came and went. Nothing. Then today, June 24, I received yet another email telling me that my parts had been ordered and were now expected to arrive at the dealership by July 3. At that point, I signed in to chat with an "agent." Whether it was a bot or a person, it was completely useless. I was transferred twice and eventually told that the order was on its way and scheduled to ship on July 3. By then, I had serious doubts, so I called customer service. The representative proceeded to tell me that every communication the company had sent me indicated a July 3 shipment date and that there had never been any expectation of anything different. I wasn't calling to argue about dates, but hearing that only made the situation (and my level of trust) worse. I was simply trying to find out whether July 3 was a real date or if I should expect another email on July 10 telling me they had ordered the parts yet again. At this point, I don't trust anything this company tells me. Saving a few dollars isn't worth it if you never receive your product. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere—somewhere that values honesty, accurate communication, and good customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things here.

Horrible customer service very rude. Product arrived damaged and wouldn’t give me a refund had to contact my credit card company I would never use them stay away from this site
