Easy to join/sign up. Health professional contacted me quickly. They are responsive to questions. Meds come in a timely manner and the correct dosage. Strong customer service. Compounded tirzepatide injections are working very well for weight loss ….11 pounds in 2 months.

Not a good experience....I ordered my products and completed the Doctor evaluation on a Thursday. It took five days for them to ship it...when I finally received my order it looked like it had been sitting in a filthy warehouse for years! The ice packs were hot so I'm not even sure if the meds are safe to inject. I'm NOT happy. I'll be canceling my prescription and going elsewhere. Very shady!

Paid for 6 months subscription. They won’t send anything after the first month. Several emails every month to get a refill. I was charged 4 times in 4 months. Three times for 6 month subscription. Four months into my six month subscription, I was told my six months was over and charged again. This site is a scam. They have no customer service. You can only reach out on email. A total waste of money.

The customer service I have experienced w/ bmiMD is excellent. They always respond to messages within a timely matter. They always come up with a solution to any issues. I have nothing bad to say about them.

First I want to start off by saying I'm in the top 20% of Google reviews with that being said.... BUYER BEWARE I went on the BMIMD portal to update my phone number..I went out of town about 2-3 weeks later and I come back and a package of their medicine was on my door sitting out in the sun for 3 days or more no notification that they mailed it out to me most companies would say no problem will replace the medication as I suggested they do and I would return the unopened box to them of the medication that have been sitting outside they won't do it I canceled my subscription The medicine wasn't that great anyways buyer beware they don't want to satisfy and make their customers happy then I don't think a person should be with them I offered to return the unopened box and they still would not make it right.
