I can't download apps on Google Play because Windows 10 is not associated with it so I found Bluestacks somewhere in my computer, and when I found it, I thought it would help me to download apps, I download some apps on Bluestacks, at first it was reliable for me to use but the next day I can't download because when I open it Bluestacks became black screen on my computer, it was just my expectation at first.

I use windows 10 but have had issue on older computers as well. This time a game would not work. I emailed customer service over a week ago. No reply. Yet their system stated the case would be closed due me not replying. Excuse me? Respond to me and I will know what to reply to! I highly recommend using another emulator. If you have issues, it won’t be resolved or answered for that matter. Btw. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one being ignored.

I can't use in Windows 10. It has black screen. I can't resolve this issue. It is very very very bad.

They should warn people they need sufficient graphics card (think as in a gaming pc) to use this app otherwise their CPU will overheat FAST (which might ruin their laptop/pc). I realised this almost immediately and shut it down. Forgot about it for 2 months. Then my laptop started overheating badly again EVEN WITHOUT USING IT. I had it set up to not get active when starting up my laptop and to not run in the background or install updates without warning, so how could this happen? Not cool BlueStacks. Uninstalled and removed.

I'm trying to load CGCC (Cat Game Cat Collector) while I'm writing. I have this problem where this oone game takes forever to load, not to mention I had to close 2-3 times on my old computer, AND IT CRASHES CONSTANTLY. My computer is 2-3 years old. Ok, it's probably that reason that bluestacks is laggy here. But I got a BRAND NEW Windows 10 just YESTERDAY. And I have to close bluestacks entirely just to open google play store to not play them. This thing is a joke.

Its a nice program to use however I find it that it doesn't work 100% with most apps. It's also rather laggy and I would say I have a pretty good PC. Its rather easy to use but takes some time to get use to. Its nice that that have a way for you to customize your controls.

I installed this to run one particular Android app on Windows 10. The installation & login to Google was very difficult. It took multiple tries to finally get Bluestacks to install. The result was disappointing. The app I wanted to run has much lower resolution on Win10 with Bluestacks then it does on Android. Text is blurry compared to how it looks on an Android device. Another issue is the app I am trying to use is a library app which requires downloading documents but when using Bluestacks my only choice for download location on Win10 is 'device'. I can find no way to specify a drive or folder for download. Maybe this works okay with Android games but does not appear to work well with other apps.
