Blue Ribbon did not provide service agreement nujmber 16 hours after landing and deny the claim stating that I did not file my report within 24 hour limit of landing. There is no way I could file the report without service aggreement number. This is outright cheating

I tried to give 0 stars but no option for that. This so called service is Not helpful. Did not assist with locating my suitcase or paying for delayed bag as was promised. Furthermore they waisted my time and money and claimed via email that they resolved this case. They did not.

That was useful service.

Würde ich niemandem empfehlen, nie wieder buchen und am liebsten hätte ich BRB um Kopf und Kragen verklagt. Die Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar unfreundlich, geben einem schlechte bis keine Auskunft und werden respektlos. Mein Koffer wurde nach 96h nicht aufgefunden und zwischendurch erhielt ich nie auch nur ein Update. BRB hat sich an keine einzige der Vertragsbedingungen gehalten und komm dem Wort Service in keinster Weise nach. Als klar wurde, dass sie meinen Koffer nicht finden konnten und ich Anspruch auf die Entschädigungszahlung hatte, wurde mir einfach gar nicht geantwortet und nur darauf hingewiesen, dass ich kein Recht auf nichts hätte ohne Erklärung. Absolut respektlose Behandlung und dafür habe ich Geld gezahlt. Bitte nicht buchen.

Complete and utter scam! Purchased their services in good faith through Trip.com, when I purchased air tickets to go to Denver Colorado from Hong Kong, through Vancouver. My luggage never arrived and has been stuck in Vancouver for over a week. I submitted the report to BRB baggs as soon as I arrived in Denver. On day 3 of my luggage being lost, I received an email from them telling me it was my fault for not re-checking in my luggage in Vancouver (when I had never left the airport, and what they are suggesting I was supposed to do was physically impossible), that according to their terms and services that meant they would not hand out any payouts or continue to help me retrieve my luggage. In simple terms, they wiggled themselves out of any responsibilities, blamed the customer, and refused to help me at all! Complete waste of money and time, not to mention the rude staff who's only message after my complaint of them not taking any responsibility and not honouring their stated services was "we are not an insurance company". After which they went silent. For reference, here are their stated services below: “Payouts are limited to 2 lost bags per person. Our tracking service will apply to all bags checked on to the airplane. Each service charge is per person, not per bag. Payouts are sent in the event that BRB cannot facilitate the return of your lost luggage within 96 hours of your flight landing, per the terms and conditions of the Blue Ribbon Bags Service Agreement. ” I still do not have my luggage. It's been 9 days now. I have received no payout. During my entire stay in the US i've had to scavenge for clothes. My medicine and expensive work equipment are in that luggage. It's been a complete killjoy and these guys just disappeared on me! Even their "excuse" for not helping me out is complete BS and does not correlate with what the airlines have been telling me about my luggage. SCAMMERS!

Absolutely useless!!!! they absolutely do not honor their commitments and slip away immediately... without proving anything and without any recourse since they no longer respond to emails as soon as you become insitant.....They closed my file on, supposedly, proof from the company that my luggage arrived at its destination!!! except that at no time do they provide the slightest proof of their statements! Except that the airline is still not able to locate my suitcase !!!! after 19 days !!!!! So where do they get their "information" from???? mystery ????. In any case, they refuse to honor the insurance payment commitment.... To avoid therefore, unless you want to waste your money and your time!!!!!
