I got my first order from Blueland. I was missing some products in my order. I have sent 3 requests to them and have had no response from them. They don’t have a phone number to call so I am not sure where to go from here. I should have gotten some type of email at least letting me know they got my request.

I love the idea of this company! The toilet bowl cleaners were my favorite I’ve ever used. I signed up to initial replace my hand soap and save in plastics and refills. Unfortunately the hand soaps and dispensers are very disappointing. I had to cancel

We like the tabs for foaming soap and cleaning liquid, but the pumps gradually slow down. When we complained about that, Blueland sent more pumps for free then said we can get replacements for $2 each. As another customer said, the Blueland goal of significantly reducing plastic use is diminished if we have to replace pumps. We substituted a Bath and Body Works foaming soap pump on our Blueland bottles, and the B&BW pumps work well without performance degradation. We will buy only tabs from now on.

I like that this company is doing a great job at helping the environment and helping to eliminate waste. When I order, well I should say, two different times I ordered dish detergent, I received laundry detergent. They do make it right by sending me my ordered product, but in turn, I’m waiting even longer to get the product I need/ordered. I got some toilet tabs to try and some framing hand soap and also some body wash. The body wash- smells good but doesn’t lather well and I used it 5 times and it was empty. So I won’t buy that again. I do love the dishwasher pods and the tins they come in. The toilet pods- they did not work at all. They smelled nice but literally nothing in my toilets looked different after using them. The hand soap- now I love the foaming hand soap. It smells good, the bottle is nice. The first tab I used was great. I just refilled it/a put a new tab in and it’s crap. I can barely push the dispenser down and when I do, it pours out. Like just runny foam. I got it for my toddler and now it’s not working and I have 4 more pods. Let down. The laundry detergent is nice. No smell but the clothes seemed clean. After using it for a couple months, I stopped because my clothes started having a “funky” smell to them. All in all I think the idea of this is awesome but the products need work.

I previously rated Blueland at 4 stars because I loved the hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and their vessels. I docked a star because unlike other companies, the cleaner bottles are plastic rather than glass, something I did not realize until after purchasing them. I had yet to use the toilet tabs and the laundry tabs so I did not account for them in my previous September review. Now that I have used them as well, I cannot recommend them decreasing my overall review of their starter kit to 3 stars. As far as the toilet cleaner tabs, they clean well, but it does not fully kill bacteria. I find myself having to clean the toilet more than the "once a week" blueland recommends. I assume that like the laundry and dish tabs, Blueland toilet tablets are sodium bicarb based. Save your money and make your own. It's not worth going through the 3 month supply in half the time to keep your toilet clean. Regarding the laundry tabs, I cannot recommend these either. I use the 1-2 tablets as instructed based on the load size and place the tablet(s) in the bottom of the washer before adding any clothing. The results are unreliable and inconsistent. Sometimes the tablets leave a white residue in the drum or don't fully disolve and are found caked on the side. On top of that several pieces of clothing end up coming out with an awful smell that I can only describe as sour baking soda or vinegar like. I end up having to rewash them, and depending on how heavy/thick the article of clothing is, I have to soak it the rewash it to get the smell out. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens often enough that I would not buy them again. I'll be going back to plant based laundry sheets as none of these aforementioned issues happened with those. Over washing natural fabrics is damaging and decreases their longevity. Having to rewash them wastes water. Ratings Separately: Handsoap/vessel- 5 stars (must have, the pump seems broken upon first use and when you re-fill it, but it's not. You just need to do a few pumps to prime it.) Spray Cleaners/vessels- 4 stars (The Cleaners are fantastic. Would be 5 stars if the spray bottles were glass and not plastic.) Dishwasher tablets/vessel- 5 stars (Perfect clean every time, no residue. Love them.) Dish soap powder/vessel- 5 stars (I'm not sure if I will buy this again simply because I don't really like the gritty feeling while washing dishes, but I can't knock it. The silicone container works great and the powder soap does a great job when cleaning dishes that must be washed by hand. Toilet tablets/vessel- 2 stars (The 2 stars is for the cute metal container, otherwise I'd give it 0 stars.) Laundry tabs/vessel- 2 stars (The 2 stars is for the cute metal container, otherwise I'd give it 0 stars.)

Love the scents, but the (plastic) pump top of the (glass) soap dispenser breaks every 2-3 months and needs replacing, so it's hardly reducing plastic waste at all vs infinitely refilling a liquid pump. I also think they are using the verification system to weed out negative reviews on their website, which is super shady.

Love the products! Disappointed in the Foaming Hand Soap pumps, they fail quickly (average of 3.6 months per pump), which is disappointing for a company that their intent is to reduce plastic waste. Further, after reaching out to the-customer service department twice, which did indeed offer to replace the pumps if my response to customer service was within 24 hours (one of my responses was outside of the 24 hours, the second was within the 24 hours) otherwise you are encouraged to start the process again. Despite wonderful products, the foaming hand wash pumps and customer service are a waste of plastic and time respectively.

The products are great. The service is about the worst I have experienced with a subscription service. I have not received a subscription order that was on time AND correct yet. All subscription orders have been late and are consistently missing product. Requesting the missing product takes weeks. Ordering ad-hoc creates an unnecessary subscription order that you then have to jump through all sorts of hoops to cancel. Managing this subscription requires too much personal time and effort with lackluster results. If you can’t manage your recurring subscription orders, you are for sure souring your bread and butter customers no matter how good your products may be. I am at my wits end with the service. One more screwed up order and I’m done. Products are pretty great.
