This was a great experience. Product shipped quickly and safely. Buy this for our 13 year old rescue dog. At 2 1/2 had to have pins put in her back knees. Once we started using this, the difference was amazing. She is still taking it and still runs around like a pup. Thank you, Diane Moore, Ohio

In an era of apathetic customer service and lack of inner personal skills from sales associates, BHO gives me hope. The customer service was superior. I went in looking for a gift for a holiday party and wanted to spend a certain amount. The staff had excellent product knowledge, and seemed to love what they do. They helped me put together the perfect gift, and I had fun in the process. The experience put a pep in my step. I will definitely recommend BHO and will be going back.
