10' x 12' Aluminum Gazebo. Good assembly and installation job, thank you!

The level of workmanship was excellent BUT there was a bit of confusion over scheduling and payment. First, I was told online (by corporate office In California I suspect) that my time was 8AM Saturday, but when the email came through it said 8AM Pacific time, even though I'm in Eastern time....so then I didn't know if is was 8AM Eastern or 11AM. They did say they'd call they day before so I figured I'm get it sorted then. They called they day before, but had to reschedule because one of the team members had an appointment Saturday morning. Okay, no big deal, and they said the new time would be between 9-9:30 Sunday morning. One of the individuals DID show up on time, but he didn't have any tools. He laid out all the parts and waited until almost 11 for his colleague to show up. Around 12:30 my family had to go out for an event featuring one of my kids, and I could see they would not be done before we left because they started assembly later then expected. They said I could Zelle them payment. What wasn't clear is that they were NOT okay with me just Zelle'ing them when I got home from the event, they wanted it immediately on completion...which ended up being right in the middle of the aforementioned event for my kid around 1:30, so I had to scramble to pay them while my kid was on stage. Had both guys been there at 9:30 or even if the first guy had tools with him he could have started work and would have been completed before I needed to leave and could have avoided all these other complications. All that said, the Gazebo looks very nice and I have no complaints about their actual work.

The gazebo was put together in 3hours and it looks very nice. When I posted my job I had included hanging lights around it. The workers knew nothing about that. I had mentioned to the owner about hanging a light fixture with a cord so no hook up, just hanging. The workers said it would be $100. I spoke to the owner about it and the lights and he said everything after the installation of the gazebo would be extra. I told him the lights were listed on the posting he responded to. That didn’t matter. If you choose this company get everything in writing

I appreciate that the team worked hard to put up the gazebo. However, in my opinion they are not professionals. They did not have the right tools and did not even have a ladder. They left the boxes in disarray, offered to take it out in our lawn thinking the garbage collector will pick it up without tying them or organizing it for pick-up. They were not able to secure/anchor the gazebo on the pavers of our patio and wanted $1,000 for the additional work that needed to be done which I did not mind but they wanted us to purchase the cement mixer and all other materials needed to complete a task that they should have known cannot be accomplished if they only did their due diligence. Having said that, if you need a gazebo put together, they can do the job (so can anyone who has patience to do it) but they are not professionals.

Installer was very nice but it seemed like the job was rushed. Holes were drilled through the wall completely from my living room into my bedroom, damaging my bedroom wall.
