I found that I did experience some tumescence with this medication but never "hard". It tastes bad and the blue dye leaves my mouth, tongue and teeth bright blue for hours; brushing teeth and tongue doesn't get it! This is a sure fire give away to others that you've been "messing around"! I hate this aspect of the Blue Chew!!!

Works great. Especially on an empty stomach. Enhances all aspects of intimacy. Would like to try Gold, but not sure.
