There is no customer service line to where you can talk to a person. I've paid for expedited shipping and didn't get My order in the time promised. And my regular subscription has been late 2 months in a row..

Just DO IT and it works. Haven't felt this bricked in 30 years. Customer service is great and replies very quickly. I will definitely be EXTENDING my subscription.
