The product is great! I don't understand why shipping is either 36hrs or it takes half a week to recieve it?

Awesome product that arrived on time!

BlueChew used FedEx to deliver my prescription and they sent it to the wrong address which looks to be a construction site from the picture. I reached out to them via their website and they directed me to go through a long process with FedEx to correct the shipping issue. They refused to refund my money or ship out replacement product. They said they would not refund any processed orders. By their business practice they can use any carrier, ship the product to the wrong address and have no risk. It’s all on the consumer. They are the shipper, they picked the carrier and now that the product wasn’t delivered they are making me deal with the shipping issue. I have disputed the credit card charges and will not be using BlueChew because they make their problem my problem. I can’t trust them to deliver the medication or resolve an issue when it happens. The only thing I can be sure of they will charge me whether I get the medication or not.

I do the 30 day vitamins so its always active and its cheap enough to keep up with and it works the wife is happy and in turn im happy
