I didn't receive my item at first so I messaged the customer service and they responded very quickly and made sure I received my item and gave me two extra items for free! Excellent customer service will definitely order from Bloxdoor in the future!!

Yes they're legit. Don't panic if the bot doesn't work right away, it seems to be inconsistent from prior reviews. Live chat help is very fast. In our case, we didn't know why the bot wasn't working and thought the whole thing was a scam but we got answers on the live chat right away. Turns out we bought something that was out of stock. They asked for some time and within the hour, we got our item plus a few free gifts for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Although I didn’t get the order I wanted because they ran out of stock, they gave me something of higher value and free compensation. They also were very open to trying to let me wait until they were in stock or just give me compensation. I would recommend and I will most likely come back and order from here.

I brought a knife that they didn’t have in stock. Thought I was gonna get scammed by instead I got greeted with a lovely person on the other end of the helpline and not only did they give me my item but another item to compensate. Amazing thank you 🙏
