I’m pleased with the selection. Often, they go with the colors of the season. I would like them to last longer. I changed the water frequently, but rarely get more than a week from them.

The flowers are beautiful and last 2-3 weeks. It's always a joy to see the happiness of the recipient. Have had struggles with late/missed deliveries. The initial customer service response is quick; the actual problem solving responses are not.

The tulips look beautiful. Almost ready to bloom as i expected. No flower food packet in the box at all 😩 I have spent too much money on the flowers to not be able to provide flower food. Well since i need to change the water every other day I just bought some off of amazon but won’t be here until the next day so the first day they will sit in water with no food. 😤

Flowers on last delivery were not up to par. Very few quality flowers. most of bouquet was comprised of alstroemeria. My daughter Carla who the flowers were for was disappointed as first deliveries were very nice,

The flowers were good. The flowers were a couple of days late. It required a notification for correction.

2 years ago when I subscribed to monthly BB deliveries, the 22 of each month was the targeted delivery date but now it is a week or more later! The initial 22 of August birthday message from the year 2023 is still included in each month’s delivery!

It's a crappy move when you get the first order discount and the exact same amount you "saved" is the amount they add right to the shipping. Nice gimmick. If the flowers arrive in amazing condition, I will be happy to review on that.
