Maybe don't fraudulently charge people, assholes

Besides saying I could find out my type for $1 then charging me over $40 for 2 months in a row, even though I emailed on the same day I paid the $1 saying if there is some hidden subscription or fee I do not agree to anything more than the $1 and cancel anything else, they refused to do so. Then they say log in to cancel. I didn't want to log in just so they could say I used their service when I did not. This is an unscrupulous bunch. They stole my money.

Absolutely a scam company. If you take their enticing quiz online and then pay them one dollar to see the results, They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge, at 39.99 a month.

Same - paid $1 for a report I never read - next minute $39.99 scammed from my account and receiving reporst I never asked for. In my country we have a commerce commission that these kind of scams are reported to - what is available in the US?

This company took money without any warning or showing the amount that would be taken. The tab says ‘go deeper’ do not touch it as it will immediately take money from your account without letting you know the cost - surely this breaches conduct!
