I've been a customer of Bloomhost for ~2-3 years and they have provided exceptional service at every turn. The hardware is excellent for its pricing and the GUI of DuckPanel is a joy to work with compared to others. Customer service is timely and top-notch! I'd recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.

My experience in Bloom.host hosting company was great. Their service is so good I couldn't ask for more. Staffs are responding at the same time. Satisfied client here from the Philippines.

Bloom has been amazing to us while we have used it. At the end of 2022/ start of 2023, we swapped owners and plans, we ran into a small error a bit into the year and the administration team was straight at it to help us. It took little to no time and was fixed, the team is always active and willing to help with any plugin-based errors and all! Bloom even comes with a full set of documentation that I can use to check all my errors and configs to ensure I have set up everything absolutely perfectly. With guides to their panel AND configs! After over a year of using Bloom, I can confidently say we scored amazingly on this host and anyone else would be a sucker to pass it up! [Date is a rough estimate]

I've been hosting my servers on a small and nice company for a very long time, but I just missed a bit of support and features so when I saw all those positive reviews of bloom I decided to switch to this host! I originally bought a 12GB Performance Minecraft plan to host 3 servers: 1 proxy and 2 sub-servers thanks to their super useful server split feature. The main sub-server was 7GB and we also had a build server for our team with 4GB, but I then I checked the RAM it actually used and I was shocked... It was super low, but the server ran super smoothly! To my experience you always need at least 3 - 4GB to host modern Minecraft versions but here a server can even survive easily with only 2 - 3GB! I still do not suggest to use a low amount of ram for your servers, but we only use this for our test and build server which aren't public. When I bought the server(s) there was one small problem where the servers didn't start correctly so I contacted support, expecting to wait maybe a few hours but they responded and fixed the issue immediately. So my conclusion: if you are still searching for a high quality host, this will be one of your best options!

Awful host, costed our release for our server, had a problem, and they first tried blaming it on something we had done, then said it was a hardware issue hours later, when they offered us new machine didn't offer to help transfer the data over to the new machine or anything EDIT: 17th January, my service had already been terminated, and they still tried to charge me.

Hi, I would like to apologize again for the issues. We initially suspected a configuration issue because as our first step of troubleshooting we checked everything on our side. There were no network issues or issues with the switch port you were connected to, and the console of your server was not printing any hardware error messages. Since you have an unmanaged bare metal service, we do not have access to anything further to troubleshoot which is why we asked you to check configurations and looked over them when you provided them. When we ruled out a configuration issue we provided you with a new server. I apologize that we didn’t offer to transfer the data for you, but again the service you purchased is unmanaged so we do not have access to your files or software that you have installed. Again I am sorry that there was a hardware issue with your server. We do our best to avoid them but unfortunately hardware issues do occur which is why we have spares on hand to issue to customers as soon as a hardware issue is suspected like we did in this case.
Every time I use this host I have an excellent experience. They offer unique options in their Pterodactyl panel, they have excellent support, and are very reliable. 10/10 have used for years. This review is for their $10 4 GB plan and $18 Performance plan.

Excellent support whether in Discord or on their site. Folks are capable, kind, and quick to respond. Servers run reliably and are easy to configure.

I've been using Bloom.Host since 2021 and I have never had ANY downtime at all, or any issues, just pure, perfect performance. I would recommend them over any host, and I switched from Apex Hosting to them.
