I ordered a "bundle"
I ordered a "bundle" - all I got was a bloodborne pathogens cert. No HIPAA cert. Took customer service until the next day to tell me to find the HIPAA cert on my own - was not provided link. By then, I had already gotten certified with another provider. My mistake to use an out of country service with no phone number. Update: I've received no refund, and in fact was just billed another installment via PayPal. This shoddy fly-by-night company continues to wrongfully portray itself.

You were assigned to both courses on checkout and both were available to you instantly, i replied to your request a few hours later as you coule not locate it in your dashboard, and you had already sourced your HIPPA training from elsewhere. In light of this I refunded your entire bundle whilst letting you keep the BBP cert. I am sorry you had a negative experience but stating you did not receive what you paid for is false
