Hey, We're sorry to hear about the trouble you ran into, we can see how frustrating that must have been. We did want to let you know that Blomp was undergoing scheduled maintenance around the time you experienced these issues, which may have caused the upload inconsistencies and login difficulties. Things are fully back up and running now. Regarding the contact form, our forms should have been working fine throughout, could you let us know which form you used or where you found it? That way we can check if there was something specific going on there. Either way, we'd love to look into your account personally and make sure everything is sorted for you. Feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected], our team is available 24/7 and happy to help. Kind regards, Blomp Support

Hey, We’re sorry to hear you ran into this issue. In some cases, download issues like this can be related to the file not fully completing the download process correctly, which may result in a very small unreadable file appearing locally instead of the original content. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with the affected file details and we’ll gladly investigate this further for you. Our support team is available 24/7, and issues like this can often be resolved once reported. Kind regards, Blomp Support

Hey Will We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Based on how BlompGo works technically, deleting files from the Blomp dashboard or mounted Blomp drive would only remove files stored inside that same cloud-backed storage location. It would not delete unrelated folders or files elsewhere on your computer. If files were moved into the BlompGo drive itself, then deleting them from the dashboard would also remove them from that same storage space, since both locations are linked. We tested the account and uploads/deletions are functioning normally on our side, but we would still genuinely like to investigate this further with you. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with more details about the affected folders and where the files were originally stored before upload so our team can review everything carefully. Kind regards, Blomp Support

Hi there, This was such a thoughtful and genuinely heartwarming review to read, thank you for taking the time to share your experience so openly. We love the way you described Blomp, that “understated billionaire” analogy really made us smile. It perfectly captures what we aim for, a service that focuses on doing the job reliably and well, without unnecessary extras getting in the way. It means a lot to hear that Blomp is supporting your professional work, especially with large files and real world needs. That is exactly where we want to deliver the most value. Your point about no file size limits is also something we take seriously, because we know how restrictive that can be on other platforms. Your feedback about lifetime plans and alternative payment options is noted carefully. These are the kinds of suggestions that help shape where we go next, and we will absolutely keep them in mind as we continue improving. It is wonderful to hear that you found us, even by accident, and that we have earned a place in your setup. If you ever need anything at all, or have more ideas to share, feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected], we are always happy to help. Thank you again for your kind words and for supporting us. We are really glad to have you with us.
