This item heats the air quite satisfactorily but it does no cooling whatsoever. When I tried to arrange a return I was offered $15. I declined and returned it, at my own expense. This, as you might guess, was a waste of time & money (~£35). The vendor refused to take delivery as there was import duty to pay. Next stop credit card company. Take my advice and avoid this product. One star only because you have to enter a value.
